Is it possible to have dependent slicer in 1 page filter area with
Pivot tables in Excel ?

Example:

If you have Customers in the grid you have the option not to show empty
items.

If you do have Customers in the page filter area of Excel Pivot you
have also the nonempty items like Mexico of the sales cube in foodmart
2000

I would like to have a solution: I choice an item from a slicer in the
page filter area for example gender M that if I choice from another
slicer in the same page filter area that only the non empty items are
show for example Customers USA.

Maybe it is possible with some VB script in Excel ?
