For AS2005: If you have a calculated measure the divides two numbers, like a
Std Margin % measure, and you also have a calculated dimension member that,
say, adds two other dimension members together (aggregates them), you need to
make sure in your cube definition has the calculated dimension member defined
first, then your calculated measure. It will not aggregate the calculated
measure appropriately if you don't.
