Data source provider error processing cubes

I get the following error when processing some of my cubes:
Data source provider error - Errors occurred while reading one or more
columns

The cubes have been processed many times before without errors.

Can anyone help me on this?

do you have changed the source database?
AS2005 is sensitive to any change in the source database like a change in
the column datatype can result in errors during the processing.

This is on a sql 2000 installation. No changes have been made to the data
source.
