Measures needed

distinct count of Cities in which a product sells
distinct count of Districts in which a product sells

For both, detailed reports from the cube (using cube action and reporting
services) should details of the sales, with the details including customer
level information.
So while the measures (distinct counts) are at a higher level, details need
to be at a lower level

How can I model the customer dimension and fact table for this?
