Default cubes processing blocks server - 12-08-2004 , 10:23 AM

Hi all
Is there a way to control the amount of CPU Analysis Services consumes?
During aggregations calculation the server is totally blocked after nearly
100%
of it's cpu is being consumed by AS.
I am using w2k server witn 2gb memory with sql and Analysis servers standart
edition.
Thanks alot
Rea

Try using "Lazy Aggregation Mode".

Unfortunately, No. There is no CPU throttling. It uses what it uses :-)
