Does anybody know how it is possible to define a Cube in writeback mode with
analysis Services ?

Yes, though I seem to recall this requires Enterprise Edition. Right-click
the cube then click Write Enable.

Data write-back is available in all editions of OLAP/Analysis Services and
has been since day 1. The only versions not to have it were the beta
releases of OLAP Services.

In french and in Analysis Services Developer Edition when Right clicking on
a cube it appears the sub-menu "Activer en écriture ..." that is the same
as "Write enable ...".
