hi,
we are using analysis Services sp3a installed , Machine configuration is 2 GB RAM and dual processor with 70 GB HD Capacity.

The Fact table contains 2.6 million records
Largest dimension contains : 1.7 m records
with a Distinct Count Measure
No. of. Dimensions :40

The cube processing consuming almost 20 GB of Tempdb space and create segments of the partitions (which is ok with me) and after arround 19 hours another instance of Analysis manager shows processing of cube has completed. but the the other instance will stil be processing the cube.
But when I end the task I am able to see the following error message in the processing window " Invalid procedure call or argument " and processing has failed message
But I am able to browse the cube.

Please suggest me the reason for processing failure and the required hardware for processing such a huge cube.
