Cube Drill through not working on some machines

When drilling through on cubes, certain machines, the spawned window will
have a red x in the upper left hand corner. Machines are running Windows XP,
Office 2003 and OWC11.

Hello,

On the client computer with issues, please install ptsfull.exe (Pivottable
service + MDAC) again on the problematic client machine and reboot it.
Check the msolap80.dll file
(C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Ole DB) & MSOLAP80.RLL. You could
download SQL 2000 SP4 and refer to the following article to reinstall
ptsfull.

Note: The folder is the same on SP4 install path.

Also, I suggest that you check if the users on these machine are in olap
admin group. If not, you may want to add them to the group to isolate
security issue
