Create Shared Dimension with Script

I am using SQL Server 2000 and need to create 100 Dimension. The cube
is a Survey cube so for each option in the check box question becomes
dimension.

So how to create script which will create the dimensions for me so I
don't have to go and right click and create Dimensions for each of the
options?
