Hello,

I have created several cubes useing MS analysis services. I have
become comfortable with the enviroment and have created some MDX
expressions. But My current problem is Forcing the user to choose one
leaf (if that is the right term) from the dimention. Is there a way to
turn the check boxes on a dimentions list to a radio list through
analysis services or should this be done client side? Currently
clients are using OWC placed in a web page as the cube browser...

If this is possible is also possible to not allow the All selection? I
looked at doing this through permisions but that would remove all
options from the dimension.

Hey dummy!

Under the advanced dimension properties set "All Level" to "NO".

note to self.

This does not give desired results in OWC...
