Create Cube syntax question

Apologies as this question has been asked before (but it had no answer).

Is it possible/how do you specify the default member of a dimension in the
Create cube DDL Statement for a local cube.

It would be on a parent child dimension.

e.g. the member would be definable as [DimCalc].&[Absolute] or
[Period]&.[some Date string]
