Default CR XI OLAP data connection - 11-01-2005 , 03:32 PM

Anyone getting error while trying to create a OLAP connection to SSAS 2005
via Crystal Report XI.
I need help. This is the error message that I get.

The connection could not be established:
Failed to set properties (The following system error occured: The requested
opertaion requires delegation to be enabled on the machine. .)

I have no problem creating the OLAP connection via Excel's PivotTable.

Thanks.

Try leaving the ID and password blank when creating the connection to SSAS.

It is authenticating to SSAS using your Windows credentials. Is that what
you want?

Yes, but it doesn't seems to be taking my window credentials.
I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

If your problem is that you can see too much data, i.e. your security roles
are not being applied, remember that members of the OLAP Administrators group
always see all data, regardless of AS roles.

To check which credentials are being used to connect to Analysis Services,
edit the cube and add a calculated member to the measures. For the MDX
expression, just use the single word:

USERNAME

This will return the ID of the user connecting to the cube, in the form
DOMAIN\USER. Add this new measure to your report so you can confirm the ID
that is connecting to the cube.
