I need to setup a distributed environment and I would like to have all OLAP
processing occuring in one location and then copying the cubes to their
server destinations for reporting against. Can I do this or do I have to
process each Cubes data at its final location?

You can just copy the files in the data directory to the other servers. You
don't need to process the cubes on every server. There's a whitepaper below
that should help you in this scenario (sample scripts, etc.)
