connection fails because of an error initializing provider to remo - 07-28-2006 , 03:47 PM

I have an olap cube project that I am modifying to utilize a remote virtual
server instead of my local server. I have the RPC services started yet am
getting an error when I try to initialize the native Oledb/sql native client.
any ideas on what else I should check?
