Hi!

using sql 2k analysis manger, I've built a OLAP cube called "MyCube"
which I can access it from analysis manager (client) and MS Excel
(client) from my workstation. It is working fine! But when the customers
tried to access it from their workstations (using Excel), they could not
connect to "MyCube" but they were able to connect to "FoodMart 2000"
cube. In other words, the FoodMart 2000 cube was the only cube available
for them? (keep in mind they both are on the same server)

Do they need to install anything on their machines? do I need to set up
some more permissions? please help me!!!!

The client bits are out of sync. You'll need to download Service Pack 3a
from www.microsoft.com/sql. There is a separate download for Analysis
Services. Once extracted, run ptsfull.exe on the clients.
