My analysis cube contains source columns for dimensions set as nvarchar,
allowing me to store Cyrillic and Chinese characters. When a particular
dimension is processed and then I browse it the Cyrillic characters are
displayed correctly, but Chinese is garbled. This happens in both BIDS and
Excel. If I query the underlying table in the relational DB everything is
fine.



Does anyone have an idea how to fix this? Please help!
