I am new to olap. just want to know if it's possible to have a dynamic
dimension?

here's the scenario:

i have a district & territory dimensions.

district territory year month

dist01 terr01 2003 01
dist01 terr02 2003 01
dist01 terr03 2003 01
dist02 terr04 2003 01
dist02 terr05 2003 01

dist01 terr01 2003 02
dist01 terr03 2003 02
dist01 terr05 2003 02
dist02 terr02 2003 02
dist02 terr04 2003 02

what actually happened was:
on year 2003 month 02, terr02 was trasnferred to dist02
on year 2003 month 02, terr05 was transferred to dist01

create such dimension and what are the complications, if there's any?
