Is it possible to change Data Source for existing Cubes and Shared
Dimensions?

You can change the datasource by altering the
corresponding connection entries in as manager.

This will only work if your new connection is identical
to the old one concerning given Cube and dimension
definitions.

Note that for some reason it is not possible to change
the name of the datasource itself. (You can change
directly it in the as repository, if you are willing to
get into the database structure).
You also cannot create a second datasource and switch the
two sources.
