Hi,

We have a measure in a virtual cube (measure_a) that is not dimensioned by a
particular dimension (dim_a). The cube naturally provides the fully
aggregated value for measure_a at the all level of dim_a. However if you
drill down into lower levels the cube displays nothing.

What would be the best/most performant approach for making that value appear
at all levels of dim_a ? I realise that the repeating value will have an
overhead but in this case the users have a valid business reason why they
want to stack up measure_a against dim_a levels...
