Typically this is caused because an installation has conflicted, e.g. you
installed Office (which adds/updates some AS components), or if you haven't
installed a service pack.
Easist way is to re-install the AS SP4 distribution. Remember that there are
two different distributions for SP4 -- one for the RDBMS; one for AS. Just
because you did one doesn't mean that the other one was done.
