I'm running SSAS 2000 SP4 on Windows 2000 SP3. I'm trying to edit a
virtual cube to change a few calculated measures through Analysis Manager.
I right click the virtual cube, select edit, and the editor comes up but
right away a dialog box pops up stating "Unable to edit the commands of
the cube my_cube_name. An unexpected internal error has occurred. Please
restart the application." When I click OK, another dialog box comes up
asking me if I want to save the virtual cube. If I click No, the cube
editor closes. If I click Cancel, the cube editor stays open but it's not
initialized with the cube metadata.

I've tried this from multiple workstations, including the server running
AS 2000. I tried restarting the OLAP service. Anyone know what's causing
this? Is there another way to edit calculated measures I could try
without using Analysis Manager? It almost seems like the repository is
corrupted, not sure though. My repository is in SQL Server 2000 on the
same machine.
