These were working on two users' laptops when I got the bright idea to
also install SQL2000 Analysis Server on their machines as well (wanted to
give them the AS snap-in). Well, it screwed up their ability to access
existing connections or create new ones. Have removed AS, the Excel Cube
Analysis plug-in, tried to re-install Office-- all with no success.

I don't think applying the ptsfull.exe or ptslite.exe will repair-- that
won't work on XP machines...

....Any thoughts?
