I cannot find MSOWC.DLL on my server running Win 2003 Server, SQL 2K
AS 2k, SP3 & Office 2003.

Where from can I download MSOWC.DLL.

AFAIK - There is no file called MSOWC.DLL

Are u referring to MSOWCW.DLL (C:\Program Files\Microsoft office\OFFICE11\) / MSOWCWI.DLL (C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\1033\)

I think he does mean MSOWC.DLL. I am in the same situation. We have developed an Excel application using the web components (MSOWC.dll) in Office 2000. The components are in Office 2000 and Office XP but not Office 2003. I am trying to find out why they were left out of Office 2003. Is there another dll that contains the web comp. or is ok to copy the DLL from Office XP or 2000 and deploy with the application for those users who are on Office 2003. Any ideas?
