Cannot create private time dimension in Cube editor

Generally, with large fact tables, it is advisable to use
a separate table for Date/Time dimension and have a FK in
the fact table. If you do not want to use a separate
table, create a view using the distinct date from the
fact table and then use that view to create your date
dimension.
