Cannot connect to AS after restoring .CAB file -

I was in the process of restoring a .CAB file via a remote desktop
connection and AS became unresponsive. I left the remote desktop
connection open over night and closed it in the morning as I could not
use it. I went to the server to see if the restore had completed and
could not connect to AS with the MMC. I have since rebooted, removed
the entries for the database from the repository and the ASData
Directory. However, I still cannot connect. I recieve the error
"Cannot open connection to Analysis Services 'SERVER'. Timeout
Occured.". I cannot restart the service without receiving this error
Does anyone have any suggestions?
