Is there a way to make "storage design" to use all available processors?

No. If you need to run it for more than 15-30 minutes, you're probably
designing way too many aggregates. See some recent posts on this topic.

Microsoft states that I can have up to 65535 aggregations per partition.
It takes more the 30 minutes to design storage with 1500 aggregations
and 8% performance gain. Am I having to many aggregations? If yes, why
it is so far from the limit?
