Hello,
I have about 15 measures in my cube. For each for them there are 4
calculated measures:
- value of last month
- value of last year
- % change compared to last month
- % change compared to last year

the formulaes are essentially the same for each of the 15 meausres,
only the measure name changes. Is there a better way than copy / paste
the same formulas 15 times and replace the measure name? I guess the
copy/paste approach will become a maintenance nightmare sooner or
later.

BTW I am using SSAS 2005.

try the time intelligence.

The idea is to create calculated members in the time dimension (or another
dimension like "Relative Time")
the user will play with this dimension instead-of creating a lot of
measures.
