Default Business Scorecard Time Dimension - 08-11-2004 , 12:27 AM

I'm struggling with how to implement the business scorecard as it relates to
the time dimension.

1) When a KPI is defined, a frequency is defined at that time. Is this
frequency used to automatically populate the "Previous" field automatically
(data stored internally in the scorecard database) or does the source cube
have to be constructed in a specific way to populate this field?

2) If Time Selection is enabled in the Standard Scorecard web part, how can
I automatically set the default time slice value to NOW() or TODAY() or
GETDATE()?

I have more questions, but this should get me pointed in the right
direction. This seems to be a very powerful tool and it was easy to set up
in our environment. If I can just get the last few details ironed out...
