-----POSITION DESCRIPTION------
contract - 6+ months project is scheduled to run 1+ years

The roles are a blend of marketing and technology and are more along
the lines of a liaison/relationship management role. We have launched
a user adoption and advocacy function within our Customer/Marketing DW
group. The ideal candidate will be a Project Manager / Business Analyst
type of consultant (consulting background would be best ... Accenture,
Big 3 VISA, Scwhab) that will understand IT technology (but not
technical) Teradata, Access, SAS, SQL Micro-Strategy for their
Customer/Marketing Data warehousing group. This is more of a business
role that will have the consultant directly interfacing with the
different Well's business / customer groups (Investment, Bill Pay, New
Accounts, Consumer, Internet, etc.) and their task / subset functions
(Marketing, Campaign Management, Direct, Email, Phone, Internet,
etc.). These consultants will work directly with these groups to
understand the business requirements and functionality of what they
currently are getting and what they would like and liaising back to the
technical group in this team in order to make sure that they fulfill
their request. This is more of a strategic job and they need someone
that can look at it from the 10,000 foot level and to work with the
business users in order to translate the technical requirements both
ways. Exceptional communication skills.

3. Project Management skills from and to business units with technical
skills

1. Relationship Management
2. Ability to understand and translate technical information to and
from business units
3. General Knowledge of Data warehouse and Reporting Environment

Must be able to identify for userbase their strategy approach to work
with the technical group in order to execute.
