Ok, after several months, I have completely given up on BIP Portal.
What a complete waste of time trying to get that damn thing to work.
I am now using MS Share Point and seems to be working OK. I am hoping
to get any web parts that people have developed for the Pivot Table
and or Chart control.

I am hoping people can begin to exchange code to facilitate
development time.
