Default BI Studio Browser Hanging - 07-05-2006 , 06:41 PM

I am using the SQL Server 2005 BI Development Studio (SP1) installed via SQL
Server 2005 Developer Edition (SP1). This is installed on Windows XP
Professional (SP2).

I can load and deploy cubes from the sample tutorials. Everything works
except if I try to run the Cube Browser. It just says "Loading..." and never
comes back.

The same is true for trying to browse the cube from the SQL Server
Management Studio.

I have reinstalled AS 2005 and that did not help. Is there something I'm
missing to browse a cube via WIndows XP Professional?

Thanks

Sigh...

I have narrowed the problem done to ZoneAlarm. I've tried opening all sorts
of ports, but haven't found the right ones or what ZoneAlarm is blocking. So,
if I shutdown ZoneAlarm, it allows the browser to work.
