BI Portal XP with Office 2000 clients. Is it possible?

The Microsoft recomended minimal requirements for BI Portal XP defines that
client stations must have installed Office XP (+) with OWC. However my client
user have only Office 2k.

Is it possible use Office 2k?

You should be able to to use Office 2000, but you have to install OWC10 ( XP)
or OWC11(2003) as well in order to run BI Portal XP or 2003.
OWC 2000 are not supported.
