Getting the following errors in Windows Application Log.

1. There was a fatal error during transaction commit in the database BAMAnalysis. Server will be restarted to preserve the data consistency

2. <<Our DTS>> dts failed cause of this erro

3. There was an error during loading dimension cubeSalesView_AccountNo in database BAMAnalysis. Dimension file may b
corrupted or missing

4. Due to errors during loading, the database BAMAnalysis will not be available for quering. It is recommended that u delete and restore this database from the last known good archive

5. Analysis Servr was restarted successfully.........although it has not, it fails to load this dimension

our dimension cubeSalesView_AccountNo has large number of members - about 10 lac. we have applied a grouping level on it. Any clues, why does this happen and how to avoid it?
