Backup takes too long - 10-20-2004 , 04:16 AM

Hi,

My olap database is currently about 40Gb in size. I do a weekly backup
of my cube. However, it takes 31 hours to complete the archive of the
database. The size of the backup file is 16Gb. Is this normal?
