I have a measure which is called 'Rating Average'.
On aggregations, I do not want this column summed up instead I want an
average of the measure.
In the cube editor property screen there is no Avg aggregate function.
How do I accomplish calculating the Average for this measure?

There is no average aggregate type. Instead, create a sum measure and a
count measure and create the average as a calculated member on the
measures
dimension. Foodmart 2000 has a sample of this in the sales cube.
