Default ASCMD.EXE utility - 07-18-2006 , 09:20 AM






Hi All,
i would like to use ASCMD.EXE(using like SQLCMD) for runnig xmla file.
this file is for building Analysis Services Database at the deployment step.
this utility is not installed after i checked all in:

my question is how can i download it and use it?
what shuld be install it?

forgot to write the oalp version
it's SQL Server Analysis Services 2005 RTM standard Edition on WIN2003 SP1

I beleive it is a sperate download and you must compile it from source it
comes as part of the SQL @005 Samples April 2006 web refresh:
