I have 1 server with multiple instance of AS2005 deployed.
by default my instances are stopped until the developper need it.

in this case the developper go into the management studio then starts the
instance.
but the developper can't see if an instance is started or not and can't
start it.

what are the security options I have to change on my server to allow a user
to see the status of the instances without having admin access?
