Default Any way to rename Data Source? - 05-09-2004 , 11:08 PM

Hi, I am new to OLAP, and I would like to ask if there is any way for me to
rename a DataSource that I've created?
I can't seem to find a way, short of deleting and creating a new data
source.
Is there a registry key or ini file which I can edit the name of the
DataSource?
Thanks.

Hi,

Unfortunately you cannot.
See the Analysis Services Operations Guide
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/pro.../sql/2000/main
tain/anservog.mspx
Search for "Data Source Configuration"
