We are having a multitude of problems installing AS. When I first tried to
use it I got the "Unable to get list of data mining algorthiums..." and as
recommended we installed service pack 3a.

Now it appears that somehow AS is associated with the profile of the user
that installed the service pack. He still gets the same error as above, and
when I try to use AS with my Windows logon I get "An unexperted internal
error has occurred please restart the application.". When I click OK,
Analysis Manager window opens, but I can't connect to the SQL Server.

During installation of SP3a we found it curious that some files were being
directed to drive H which is where profiles are stored. In the Properties of
the MSSQLServerOLAPService Log On tab Local System Account is selected,
Interact withdesktop is not checked, and Enable/Disable Profile Listed Below
box has one profile (Profile 1) enabled.

Can anyone give me a clue as to how to analyze and resolve these problems?
