Default Analysis Services install question - 02-26-2004 , 08:32 AM

We recently acquired and installed SQL Server 2000 on a new Windows
2003 server. I then applied service pack 3a. Now I want to install
Analysis Services. Will I need to re-apply service pack 3a after the
install?

Thanks Much, Lane Lesperance

There is a separate installation of SP3a for Analysis Services. So you don't
have to repeat patching SQL Server, but you will have to install AS SP3a.

In addition: the SP3a Readme article might be helpful -
