Hi all, I had a trial version of AS run out on my machine, so I copied all my AS related files to a production box. I can actually see the cubes through my Excel connection to AS, but I cannot see the cubes on my licensed AS client. Seeing as I did not create CAB files of these AS databases, is there anyway I can restore them to the AS client just based on the files themselves? Thanks, Mark |

-----Original Message----- You must archive the cube to get all of the repository entries for the cube. The runtime engine only needs the data itself -- but Analysis Manager (and any utility using DSO) also needs the repository entries as well. -- Dave Wickert [MSFT] dwickert (AT) online (DOT) microsoft.com Program Manager BI SystemsTeam SQL BI Product Unit (Analysis Services) -- This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights.
