Does anyone has a sample code for updating all member formula via DSO? And,
the same thing for CREATE CUBE statement?

The Metadata Scripter from the SQL Server 2000 Resource Kit is your friend.
Simply create a cube and then run Metadata Scripter -- it will generate VB6
code to generate that object.
