Sure. You can download the Partition Aggregation Utility that comes with
the SQL Server Accelerator for BI at www.microsoft.com/solutions/bi. Once
you install it, it'll be in a folder on your hard drive called tools. You
should be able to point it at a partition and see what aggregates are
defined.
One reason you might not be seeing aggregates immediately is if you have
lazy processing going on. This would be the case for flex aggs
(particularly seen with slowly changing dimensions).
