Hi

I am designing cubes which have a lot of dimensions (50 to 100). Most of these dimensions are small and without hierarchie (Male/Female, Yes/No, 1/2/3, etc.)

When I use the aggregation wizard it creates lots of aggregations with hardly any performance gain

I wonder if it is useful to create aggregations at all with this kind of cubes because it takes a lot of space and time and hardly no results

Is there anybody who has experience with this or has suggestions about the aggregation design

100 dimensions !!??!!?
WOW. I'd be surprised if you got any aggregates designed with the Design
Storage wizard.
My recommendation would be to design with 0 aggregates and then use
Usage-based optimization.
