On our Testing Web Server i'm not able to connect to AS2000 via adomd.net

The Error is the following:
Microsoft.AnalysisServices.AdomdClient.AdomdConnec tionException: A
connection cannot be made. ...
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException
Error Message: 0x80040154 : Class Not Registered


Installed Components on the WebServer:
adomd.net 9.0
Pivot Table Services (fist lite then full version - from SP4)
MSXML 4

Connection String: Data Source=xxx;ConnectTo=8.0;Catalog=xxx;
identity impersonate="true" ,
Anonym. Connection disabled on iis

You will need MSXML 6 if you are using ADOMD.NET 9.0...
