Adding a date or string as a measure - 11-07-2006 , 10:52 AM

Hi all,
I'm trying to add a date as a measure to a cube, but its not formatting
the date correctly. Its coming out as 12/31/1899 for everything. I have
it set to no aggregations and it is a datetime in the table. Is this
something that I can do?
