Default Accessing a OLAP cube through HTTP - 08-21-2003 , 05:56 PM

Hi All,

I have setup an OLAP cube on a machine running SQL
server, when I access the cube through the browser on
that machine it works fine, however, when I try to access
the same data on my local machine, I get the following
error:

The Query could not be processed:
Database 'Initial_Catalog' does not exist.

Where 'Initial_Catalog' is the value initial catalog
variable in the my connection string which looks as
follows:

<x:ConnectionString>Provider=MSOLAP.2;Integr ated
Security=SSPI;Persist Security Info=True;Data
Source=sql_server;Initial Catalog=Initial_Catalog;Client
Cache Size=25;Auto Synch
Period=10000</x:ConnectionString>

I'm not sure whether this could be part of the problem
(don't think so), but I am accessing the SQL server
through a VPN and I'm not actually logging in the domain
where the SQL server resides.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Francois.
