Yes, you can. There are two options. First, you can write your own ASP (or
ASP.NET application). To get a feeling for what this means, get a copy of
the SQL Server 2000 Resource Kit from your local bookstore or one of the
online booksellers, e.g.

And look at the sample application called AnalysisServicesThinWebClinet.
The other alternative is to puchase a 3rd party product which includes web
access. Look at the following link for a list of products which Microsoft
has a relationship with.
