We're trying to install the data pump on an application server. This works
fine when the datapump is installed on Windows 2000. On Windows 2003 we can't
even register the msmdpump.dll. It has one dependency (MSVCR71.DLL) that
isn't there and even if I copy it over, I get the DLLInstall entry point
error when trying to register the data pump.

The datapump is the AS SP4 version from 2005. I'm assuming this file has
some dependencies that aren't noted in any of the documentation I've found.
