Error Code 0xD59 - 03-27-2009 , 04:26 AM
I keep receiving error code 0xD59 when installing the SQL Server 2005 Express
Edition update (KB955706). I have attempted to use the workaround in article
929665, but receive the message "The system cannot find the file specified"
after typing in the first command line. If I type in both command lines I
get the message "The syntax of the command is incorrect". Should I be
inputting a file name and log file path and if so, which ones? I am using
Windows XP Professional on a local network.

I've got the same problem. Sorry but no advice.
